Great design is not a race. I’ve always been an advocate for designing spaces one found piece at a time, putting just as much thought into the one of a kind finishing touches as the larger design elements in a project. From residential to retail, commercial to investment properties, The List & Found builds design strategies & solutions to fit the scope of any project, all while staying in budget & on schedule.

With a bachelor’s degree in Textiles & Design and over fifteen years experience working with a high-end client base, my specialty is creating a luxe aesthetic within a livable design & a palatable budget. My passion is the dance of the high-low mix of investment heirloom-quality pieces and eclectic flea-market finds, all to create a layered and distinct space that is cohesive with each client’s personality, whether that be a homeowner, retail or hospitality brand, BNB brokerage or builder.
